Kasper Bengtsson-Jensen has been appointed Group CEO of EasyTranslate Group, parent company of EasyTranslate, World Translation and TranslatedByUs.
He succeeds co-founder Frederik R. Pedersen, who has led EasyTranslate since its founding in 2010. Frederik will remain involved with the business as a member of the board.
Kasper has spent ten years with EasyTranslate and moves into the CEO role from his current position as COO, where he has played a central role in the group’s commercial and operational development.
The leadership transition comes as EasyTranslate enters its next phase, following the development of its HumanAI platform and the acquisitions of World Translation and TranslatedByUs.
“After sixteen years, it felt like the time was right for me to step back from the day-to-day running of EasyTranslate and make room for its next chapter,” said Frederik R. Pedersen. “Kasper knows the company inside out, has played a major role in getting us where we are today, and I couldn't think of anyone better to lead it from here.”
