Find and employ hundreds of freelance translators and copy editors directly through our platform. In contrast to traditional agencies, EasyTranslate doesn't charge any additional fees on top of the freelancer’s word rates. You only pay what they charge themselves.
No additional cost for AI
You always have the choice between translation/content generation powered by AI or in collaboration with a freelancer. AI translation and AI content generation are already included in all EasyTranslate plans and don’t cost anything in addition.

What does the number of words include?
The number of words shown on each plan includes the words that can be translated or generated. You can freely split the words between AI Content Generation, Machine Translation and translators/copy editors. While Machine Translation and AI Content Generation incur no further costs within this word volume, translators and copy editors need to be paid separately according to their pricing schemes.
Is machine translation free?
Machine Translation is free within the given amount of words for each plan.
How much does a translator charge?
Translators charge between approximately 0,05€ and 0,12€ per translated word, depending on the languages and expectations.
How much does a copy editor charge?
Copy editors charge from 5€ per 200 edited words.
Do I always start for free?
Yes. You always start for free and upgrade your plan directly on the platform. Once you exceed your word limit or use a premium feature that is not part of a Freemium plan, a popup shows up that lets you instantly upgrade to a paid plan if you wish. You will only upgrade to a paid plan if you approve and enter your credit card details.
How long can I use my free account?
Your free account can be used for as long as you like. Each month, you will receive a fresh set of 1,500 free words.
How can I access the Startup or Scaleup free trial?
Start with a Freemium account. Then you have two options to upgrade.
Option 1: Upgrade to a Startup/Scaleup by clicking the green arrow on the left-hand side menu of the EasyTranslate platform.
Option 2: Once you exceed your Freemium word limit or use a premium feature that is not part of a Freemium plan, a popup shows up that lets you instantly upgrade to a Startup and Scaleup free trial.
Can I use Machine Translation only?
Yes. If you do not want to use human translators or copy editors you can rely purely on AI.
Can I change my plan at a later time?
You can upgrade your plan at any time for a surcharge.
Once you have paid for a monthly or yearly plan it is not possible to downgrade for the already paid period. As soon as the month or year you paid for ends, you will not be charged anymore.
